OVERVIEW

Cruise through the mangroves on a sleek catamaran and observe the underwater wonders while snorkeling, an adventure that will whet your appetite for lunch on a floating restaurant. Besides being naturally beautiful, the mangroves are environmentally friendly as they filter sediments, stabilize the shorelines and provide a nesting and breeding habitat for water birds and fish. You can observe the marine life up-close while snorkeling the barrier reef off Roatan’s southern shore. There is no telling what you will see as these waters are home to creatures such as neon-colored parrotfish, rock beauties and blue tangs. You may even see hawksbill sea turtles gracefully swimming by. The thrills will continue over lunch as you will dine onboard the Fun Chaser, a floating restaurant that is anything but ordinary. After dining, you might swim in the crystal-clear sea, bask in the sun on the restaurant’s deck or simply relax with a refreshing drink in hand.
